The Velvet Tones of Howard Covitz's Guitar

Before I gave up music for religious purposes (where my religion is mostly a wavering back and forth between Evolutionary Psychology and AA), I recorded a couple of ideas with the Albert Biemont Endeavor. Much later, after having learned that, in fact, AA does NOT forbid playing music, I started writing again, capturing a few ideas with the Pascoag Turnip Authority, whose singer was prone to miss notes. I will post the lyrics to these songs eventually since I think they are THAT good.

The Albert Beimont Endeavor - 1987
So It Goes

After getting to know Kilgore Trout, I just had to write a song with that phrase.

What's Going On

Matt Tebbe is the friend who insisted I change the lyrics, and he came up with these. That's him singing.

The Pascoag Turnip Authority - 2001
If Dan Whitaker or Paul Leckie ever listen to these, hopefully they'll be shocked to learn that I'm playing drums.

Lost All Faith

The singer struggles with it, but hopefully you can hear the possibilities, as I do.

What Brings You Happiness

Another song of mine that I really just love. The singer struggles with it, but hopefully you can hear the possibilities, as I do. Lyrics need to be posted.

Reconsidered

I have to find the lyrics to this one because I know they're good.

I Can Numb You

The singer struggles with this one, but this song just has so much potential.

A New Era? - 2005

Another One

Very short sketch for a potential pop song.
